Deleting your VOXACAL data
VOXACAL (Licora Studio) has no accounts. Your meals, targets and profile are kept only on your phone; there is no data about you on our server. So you delete it on your phone.
1. In the app (right away)
- On the Today screen, tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete all my data at the bottom.
- Confirm with Yes, delete everything. The data is deleted at once and the app goes back to its first screen.
2. By uninstalling the app
Uninstalling the app from your phone deletes its data too.
What is deleted
- Your profile (sex, birth year, height, weight, activity level, goal),
- your daily calorie and macro targets,
- all of your meal logs and their nutrient values,
- the record of your consent and the install ID (the random number used for request limits).
Android backups
If device backup is on, your phone's backup in your Google account may include the app's data. The next backup after you delete the data updates it. To remove the backup right away, delete the device backup in Google Drive under Storage → Backups.
What stays on our server
Nothing. Our server answers analysis requests without keeping their content; the request counters that prevent abuse disappear on their own within 25 hours.
